Crazy, crazy weekends are the best

This weekend has been so long. But it's been so great as well. Thursday night I went out after school with Aaron, Dave, Matt and some other people and we saw Spongebob Squarepants Movie. It was so funny, I laughed really hard. Plankton rocked my socks. "I WILL DESTROY YOU ALL." Mwah. So yeah, that was pretty damn fun. Than I ended up staying up really late that night for no reason, which was kind of stupid of me.

We had Friday off, which is just so great I can't even explain it. My mum bought me POA! Whoo! I was so happy. (PS: the Shrunken Head? Fccking annoying after a while.) She also rented Roswell on DVD, and that is one of the best shows ever. But I didn't really get to watch any, because my dad came down so we spent the entire afternoon out driving around, and then we went and saw Alexander. I still can't decide if I liked the movie or not. I liked aspects of it. Like Jared Leto/Colin Farrel. Meow. But regardless, I'm glad I saw it. Of course I didn't get out of the theatre until past eleven, and than I was up online all night again. 'Twas crazy. Especially since I had to work on Saturday ><

So yeah. Saturday afternoon, I worked. It was actually fun. I'm no longer intimidated by Corey (the manager) because yesterday I just joked around with him a lot. I stole his jelly belly's and played Christmas Music. He told me; "Yer walkin' on thin ice, missy!" I laughed. It was actually a lot of fun. And I work again this afternoon, and than there's a staff meeting. Bleh. At least it's only an hour. Anywhoodles, after work I went over to Aaron's along with some other guys and we played D&D and basically just kind of hung out all night. Cosh did his own little version of HP and the Philosopher's Stone, and Aaron taped it. And oh. My. God. I just about died laughing. When I say 'his own little verison', I mean he played all the characters and re-did the whole movie in like half an hour, not even really talking; but grunting words and stuff. I was in tears. So most of the night was video games and junk food and watching a tv show on DVD. Of course, come around 5 a.m. when we decided to go to sleep; we're all pretty much on the floor except for the three people that were lucky enough to get places on couches. Anyway; it was late. And I knew I had to work today, so I wanted to get some sleep. Most of the guys were talking long into the night, but that didn't bother me. Most of it was funny, actually. Of course, than I hear; "Cosh! Heads up!" from Dan, and all of a sudden I feel something metal-like hit me on the head. So then the only sound is me saying "Owwww!" into the silence, spurring on a big laughing fit. Turns out, it was a freaking dart that hit me. Of course, then I laughed too. And threw it back at Dan. Mwah.

So yeah. That's kind of been my weekend. Has been wicked, you might say. But yes; the POA Dvd = intense love. The cast interviews had me laughing insanely with giddiness. And not because of the shrunken head. Really. That thing pissed me off. It had like two or three good jokes. But alas; what can you do.

Side note: I'm really fccking tired. I need sleeeeep.

Yes, so I did go to my dads for a few days. It was okay, I was pretty bored most of the time. Rented some movies; Hellboy which is a pretty funky movie. Saw it in theatres, it's good for some laughs. Love, Actually which was pretty cute. Not as good as I thought it was going to be, but it was a fuzzy warm hearted sort of movie, so that's all groovy and such. Went to Ottawa again - went shopping at Dynamite (my favourite store) and got a funky purple cord jacket thing. It's stellar, I love it. Then my dad and I went and saw The Bourne Supremacy which was really awesome, actually. Karl Urban was even it. Of course, it took me half the movie of sitting there thinking "who the HELL is that guy?" to realize that it was Eomer for LotR. And Matt Damon rules. And Julia Stiles is kick ass, therefore; ace movie. That's pretty much all I did. Movies and sitting around or going for drives.

For some reason, I spent like an hour last night thinking about shows I used to watch when I was a kid. The best of all? Power Rangers. The original Power Rangers. Y'know, with Kimberly, Billy, Jason, etc? They ruled so much. I love them. I think everyone I know used to like them, too. Well anyone who's around my age probably watched it... it was pretty popular. But that's just generalization, but whatever, I think it's true. Kim used to be my favourite. Well, she still is. I mean, she was the original Pink Ranger for crying out loud. Whenever we 'played' Power Rangers, I always had to 'play' her. Yes, I used to 'play' Power Rangers. You all did it to, I know you did. Just like all girls my age used to pretend we were the Spice Girls. (Hehe, I was always Baby Spice. I loved Emma Bunton. Still do, actually.) Oh god I miss my Saturday morning kid shows. Like that other one I used to love... Beetle-borgs or something like that *shurg.* Heh, for some reason, I really want to watch the original Power Rangers movie, the one with the purple ooze guy. I used to love that movie. Of course, they weren't completely the original Power Rangers, but Rocky, Adam and that other chick were cool to (I don't know why in hell I remember these peoples names, but oh well). Heh! Adam got all huffy 'cuz that chick on the other planet made his animal the frog. She made some sort of excuse for it that I can't remember, but come on lady, you made the guy in charge of frogs. All the others got cooler animals. Man I wanna watch that corny, wonderful movie. Another movie I feel like watching is Alice in Wonderland. Used to be one of my favourite Disney movies. Except; the Cheshire Cat gave me freaking nightmares. To this day, I'm terrified of that cat. But be reasonable all you people who are currently laughing at me, a walking, talking, disappearing cat who has a mouth the size of your foot and teeth the size of your toes, big-ass yello eyes, talking riddles to you from a tree? Wouldn't you be absolutely terrified? Really, the cat scares the daylights out of me. Not like that's the only talking animal in that movie, but still. Freak-ass cat to the max.

Hm. Well that was weird.

I want everyone who reads this to ask me 3 questions, no more no less. Ask me anything you want, even if it's extremely personal. I DON'T CARE. It's part of the fun. Then I want you to go to your journal, copy and paste this allowing your friends (including myself) to ask you anything.

Wah.

BLAH. I just wrote out an entire journal entry then it got deleted. And I didn't get a chance to copy it, so now I'm huffy. *Huffs.* Wah. I feel like crap. I went to bed at 4:30 a.m. (to me, this is really, really late) and got up at 8 o'clock in the morning. For some reason, I just couldn't get back to sleep, so that totally sucked. But to pass the time from then 'till now I watched CoS, and that made me feel a bit better in it's own little special way. Rupert Grint never ceases to put a smile on my face. *Stomach rumbles.* I didn't get to eat breakfast, either. There was no cereal left, so I decided to wait until lunch instead of attempting to make something. So yay! Soon I'm gonna either go out and get something to eat, or just make something really crappy. Either way, I shall be content.

Blah. I just got a call from Cindy asking if I could babysit tomorrow night and Sunday afternoon. But, I'm supposed to go to my dads tomorrow afternoon. So I told her I'd think about it and call her back later. Because, well, I really want the extra money (who wouldn't?) but I want to go back up to SF, 'cuz things will be boring down here probably, everybody seems to be doing things these days. But I'm supposed to try and save up money so I can buy a train ticket to go see Melissa after she has her baby this month down in New Brunswick... but if I babysat I probably wouldn't be able to save the money anyway. I'm not good at saving, unfortunately. But I really, really want to see Mel. I haven't seen her in ages, and it's making me really sad. I miss her too much :( And she's having a baby, and I can't wait to see if it's a boy or a girl. I think it'll be a girl, personally. I remember when she called and told me she was pregnant, it was right around my birthday ^^ Oh god do I ever want to go to New Brunswick, though. So much. It would be wonderful. Then I'd get to see Greg too and all the other family down there I met last time.

Damn. About a month before school starts up again. I want to go, and yet I really, really don't. I don't know what I'm going to do about the photography class they're probably not going to let me take (bastards!) and I don't want to leave that period as a spare. Probably just end up taking another science or something *Sigh.* Aaron said he wanted me to take grade 12 art with him... but, no. I didn't take any of the other art classes, and I'm not starting in at grade 12. Plus, I can't draw to save my life. Guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens when I get back. But I want everyone to cross their fingers for me that I don't end up having to take physics or something. If so, I'm toast. Heh, it's early August and I'm already getting panic-like about school. How sad am I...

Crazy like woah.

Well, I sure haven't updated for a while. That'd because I've been at my dads aka The Stone Age. Really, at Christmas, I bought him his first DVD player. And I'm really the only one who gets any use out of it, but whatever. I'd buy the guy a computer... but pishaw. I don't have that much money. If I could buy a new computer, I'd buy it for myself and give him this hunk of garbage. But yes, I had a pleasant time at my fathers this week. Went to Ottawa. Got a new school bag (it's purple!) and some new school shirts - including this extra-snazzy navy blue knitted sweater thinger. It's adorable, I love it. Jaclyn's birthday party was supposed to be on Saturday, but since it was raining non-freaking-stop, it was postponed until Sunday. Which was good, because Sunday was all happy and sunny. We went to her cottage, went swimming for a couple hours, which was fun. Except that Stephen, Kelly and I were out on the raft, and Jaclyn and her four other friends came out on the canoes, picked up Stephen, and just left me and Kelly for over half an hour to go hang out in a cove. Well, needless to say, Kelly and I were kind of pissed off. But we broke out the noodles and started swimming out towards the cove... only to meet them 3/4 of the way there. So Cam helped me get into the canoe with him Jaclyn and Stephen, and Kelly caught a ride back on the rope trailing behind the other canoe. It was actually kind of funny. Then later we went to a carnival, which rocked my socks off. Kelly sorta seperated from us which was too bad, but as long as she had a good time that's all groovy and such. Jaclyn, Stephen, Cam and I kept going on The Scrambler. We went on like, 6 times. It was wicked. Then to calm our stomachs, we went on this Ferris Wheel type thing that sat four people at a time. The carnie who operated it kept letting us go 'round and 'round 'cuz no one else wanted to go on. So w00t for that. He had a unibrow. It was amusing. Oh, oh! There were these like, eight year old girls on one of the little cart thingers on the ferris wheel, and we could see them every time we went around, so Cam and Stephen kept waving and blowing them kisses... later on Jaclyn was waving to Kelly, and the two kids thought she was waving to them, so they kinda... er, ran screaming. *Shrugs.* Then I stayed the night over at Jaclyn's cottage which was groovy and all that jazz... So all in all, I had a snazzy time at the party! Wee-ha for that!

What else did I do this week... nothing. :( But oh, oh! On Monday, I ended up renting like four movies I've never seen before. The Butterfly Effect which was fucking fantastic. I want to buy it so much, it was just absolutly amazing. Ashton Kutcher is my god. It made me kind of sad though.. but I loved it. If you haven't seen it, I suggest you do. Now. Go out right now and rent it. I bid you go! Home Room, which was about a high school shooting was really good to. Honestly, I didn't get to finish it because the DVD was screwing up, but what I did see, I really liked. I have to rent it again so I can finish it off. Erika Christensen was in it, she's absolutly adorable. May, which is the weirdest fccking movie ever. Honestly, it was really well done. I enjoyed it, but it was really fucking weird. And really creepy. I had a nightmare about the doll in the movie that night... not fun, I hate dolls. Even more so since this one was especially freaky looking. And last but most certainly not least, R.S.V.P. Now, I honestly really liked this movie. I don't know what it was about it that I liked so much, but I really, really liked it. It was sort of creepy, I mean if you really think about the idea behind it, it's scary. Some college student killing his group of friends for the thrill of it? I find that whacked out, but awesome. And total bonus, Glenn Quinn (May he rest in peace) was in it. And he's hot. And Irish. And his character was totally morbid. And he was on Angel. And he's hot. Did I mention he was Irish? Yes, I did. Irish accents are the sexiest accents around. *Sigh.* I miss Glenn Quinn. He was an awesome actor. I loved him as "Doyle", and I loved him on 'Roseanne'. Stupid drugs *Shakes fist.*

And oh yay! I saw The Village tonight. But, er, well, not Mr. Shyamalan's best work. It felt like two seperate movies... the first half was wicked, but the second half was just like "blah". It could have made two seperate, equally good movies. Still, I'm glad I saw it. Bryce Dallas Howard was fantastic. Really, she rocked my socks off. Sarah and I said that she was pre-totally-evident-psycho!Noah and I was free-fun-loving-tomboy!Ivy. Needless to say, we had fun. I'm glad I was out tonight, actually. On the way home my mom told me that there was a fccking bat in our apartment. This hasn't happened for a year. Really, I remember once it happened last summer at like two in the morning - I was merrily sitting here at the computer, having just found my first Drew Fuller pictures, and something caught my attention by the air condition. A bat was flapping around and started coming towards me. Needless to say, I ran downstairs, and I didn't really sleep well at all since I slept on the floor downstairs. Even more weird, when my mom and I woke up, we couldn't find the bat in the morning O_o

Strangeness.

And end!meme business. So tonight was my last night babysitting for a while! Yay! And he was actually really good tonight, too. Did everything I asked, and I picked up some brownie mix (yes, again) on my way to their house tonight so we'd have something to do. He really enjoyed that. But I only let him have one brownie... I in turn had like, four. *Cough.* I'm addicted to those damned brownies, I swear. But anyway, it didn't hype him up or anything, so he brushed his teeth, got changed and I put a movie on for him, and he was asleep within like an hour. I attempted to read some more of GoF to him, but he got huffy and said he didn't want to hear it. Lol. It made me laugh, sweet kid.

But yeah, I got out around like... oh, 10:30 or so, and I had Sean (Cam's dad) give me a lift to Subway instead of taking me home. I was so happy it was open ^^! My craving for Subway has finally been acknowledged! And the Subway isn't far from my house, so I walked the rest of the way home. And I get in, my beautiful, wonderful sub, some chips and a pepsi, and my moms like "did you get me something?" me: "er, no" her: "why not?" me: "cuz I earned this money and I hadn't eaten dinner yet and I figured you would have?" her: "*HUFFY*"

Whatever, I had my brilliant-Subway-dinner-past-10 o'clock so I'm beyond happy. Damn, Subway rules. *Hugs left over wrappers.* And I'm going off to my dads tomorrow *Sigh.* to the land without computers. I'm going up for Jackie's b/day, I already got her gifts and all that jazz. Look at me, I'm prepared. How shocking. But yeah, I got her some dvds and a poster. Should be enough. But I don't even know what we're doing at her 'party'. And I won't know anyone really, so that'll probably suck ass. But I think we're going to a small carnival or something. And I'll have to go on the Scrambler. Repeatedly. Now, don't get me wrong, I love the Scrambler. I don't mind rides that spin around. But I can only take so much of getting jammed in between another human being and a hard seat. *Sigh.* Oh well, best case scenario, I get cotton candy and some funky rides to go on. But if they have another Pepsi/Coke challenge, I'm not doing it. The guy there last time pissed me off. "Ooooh you picked Coke, get of here ya freak!"

*Blink, blink.*

I want more Subway.

First of all; in respect to BB5, I'd like to say OMFG! JASE AND SCOTT, BURN IN HELL! Really, I loathe the both of them. *Shakes fist.* They're horrible. Absolutly and completely. And they made Drew cry. I felt so bad at first... but then Drew didn't stick to his guns. He made a GOOD move by nominating Holly. He shouldn't gone back on it, it was for the better of his game. Fuck the four horsemen. It's not going to last much longer anyway. It'll break apart sooner then you know it. It's already begun. And why? Because of fccking Holly! I want her gone! So badly! And they were so fccking rude to Diane. Granted, she's not my favourite, but good lord. Jase is such a fucker. He's the one that basically started the hissy fit between Holly and Diane. GAH. I love this show yet I hate it! And now Adria's up on the fccking block! But... I don't blame Jennifer. No one should. Anyone would have taken theirself off the block. And she thought they were gonna put up Marvin. Well at least she knows once and for all not to trust them at all, right? Right. And Holly, bless her annoying soul, everytime she says "I'm not a mastermind!" I just about die laughing. Because, that's the smartest thing she's ever said. Ever. She just knows how to work the fact that she's a good looking blonde (no offence what-so-ever to blondes!). And, y'know, power to her for that, it got Alison into the top two last season, but it won't make her win. If she lasts this week, I'll be really surprised. Holly's days are numbered. She's making too big a fool of herself by listening to Jase and Scott. I want to come up with a nickname for those two, but I'm not witty. Something will come to me sometime. And I wanted to slap Drew. "I stuck up for you, Diane." Er - no you fucking didn't, Drew-baby! But whatever, I'm sure they'll neck each other senseless sooner or later. *Shrug.*

So I was watching Law and Order: SVU last night while I was babysitting (after BB, of course) and it was one of the best episodes I've ever seen. About a bunch of psycho teenage girls. Who killed one of their friends and then tried to blame each other. It was insanely interesting. It showed just how bitchy girls can be! How true, right? Well, I thought so. First sentance out of my mouth after watching it was "Wow, aren't I proud to be a female?" And the really bitchy girl of the group was the one that made me laugh the most. Mainly because, after they were caught and they knew it was pretty much her fault, the other two girls had a chance to get out of trouble. This didn't sit with Bitch-in-Lead. So she told the entire truth in court, and I was just like "Heh. Aww, at least she's finally honest." Yeah the other two chicks had been spending their time trying to get off on the whole "We were afraid of Britney! We couldn't stop her! We're bystanders, PITY US!" thing. And then the DA saw that the one girl was wearing a class ring with a birthstone in it that didn't belong to her. So, it belonged to the girl they killed. Not in so much shock about your friend being killed if you're willing to take her ring, are you bitch? And then even though SHE had been caught in the 'act', she tried to turn on the other bystander chick. And they were screaming at each other in court. It was fucking great. One of the best episodes I've ever seen.

Yay! Tonight's my last night of babysitting! I can't wait! WEEE. I'm sure in a couple of weeks I'll have to babysit again... but I won't have to for at least a week so that's nice. He! Last night Cam wanted me to read to him, and even though he has his own books, I pulled out GoF from my purse and started reading that to him. Heh, I'm evil. But I started post-Frank-guy-meeting-his-end. I didn't think that'd help him get to sleep, after all. But after like, a chapter, he said he wanted a movie on instead. LOL. So yeah, that was my night.

And aww! On a lighter note, my new kitten keeps crawling all over the computer! It's adorable! *Hugs her.*

I'd do an lj cut. But I don't know how. So blah.

Blah. Last night I watched Freddy vs Jason while I was babysitting (Cam was asleep of course...) and holy hell. Blood. So much blood. It's unnatural. No one would bleed like they had some people doing in that movie. But it was still enjoyable for the time. Maybe because every time I watch that movie I laugh insanely when Freddy does the 'wanker' motion at Jason. It kills me. I don't know why.

I'm so tired *Sob.* And I can't eat any fruit loops this morning. 'Cuz we have no milk left. BAH. I want to go to Northway for breakfast. That'd be nice. Man it's mornings like these I wish I liked coffee more.

*Is tired.*

Wow. I didn't get in last night until... oh I don't know, past midnight. I almost fell asleep on their couch >< I really shouldn't be tired because of that, though. Because I usually stay up well past 1 a.m. anyway. But Cam was so hyper last night. And he wouldn't listen to me. I had to keep playing the old "If you won't settle down for me, then I'm going to have to tell your parents you weren't behaving and I really don't want to have to do that" card. It usually got him to cool his jets for a few minutes, but then he'd be up and running around again. He also had a really bad temper last night. He kept yelling at me. And that's not cool. So I put him to bed early because he was being so rude, but he wouldn't go to sleep. Now usually I let him watch a movie before he goes to bed (he has a TV and VCR in his room) but because he was giving me 'tude about brushing his teeth and the works, I said he couldn't. Then he yelled again. I was about *Raises index finger a bit above thumb* this close to letting him. But I didn't break. I'm so proud of myself ^^ but yeah. After that I went downstairs and watched TV for a while, then oh fun! I hear this high pitched scream from upstairs. So, I'm like freaking out, running up the stairs at light quick speed, and I see him standing in the bathroom (which was dark) and stomping his feet. Apparently he was just screaming so that he could get my attention and give me a heart attack. Really, I was freaked out like woah. But he just wanted the light on in the bathroom 'cuz he's scared of the dark. I don't get it, he could have turned it on himself. But a few minutes later, he did it again. So this time I gave him shit for it and told him not to scream, and that if he had to go to the bathroom, call me first and I'd wait in the hall for him. He didn't do it again thankfully. But that didn't mean he went to sleep afterwards, either.

Oh dear, the joys of babysitting. And it ain't the end either. I have to babysit four more times this week. Tonight, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. *Sigh.* Oh well, at least I'm getting money. And it's only at night, so I can put him to bed a bit early with a movie if I want *Evil grin.* I'm only really updating now because soon I'm going to get some dinner (Chicken, mmm!) and then pretty soon after that I'll have to stop by the grocery store and then head out to babysit. I hope I get home earlier tonight, though. That'd be nice. Man, though. This morning when I woke up, my mom asked me how much I was making this week for babysitting. I lied. Right through my teeth. I already have to spend movie money on groceries, so I'm not telling her exactly how much I'm making. Or she'll want to *borrow* some. And, no. I need money to. And I'm buying food, so pishaw. I'll be keeping the rest of my income to myself, thank you very much. Plus I need to get Jackie a b-day gift sometime this week. Damn I need a job >< There's a pharmacy/store hiring not to far from where I live, I'll probably apply there sometime this week. Hopefully I'll get a job there. That'd be nice. Walking distance from home. Working cash (I'd assume). Not too bad a job, I guess. Ooh! I'm also working on trying to make my own little site ^^! I can't wait to see if it'll turn out or not. I hope it does... but we'll just have to wait and see. I'll get more time on it after this week is over. And I'll most likely be able to show you all my fan videos! Yay!
